Name: Toothbrush Holder/Mirror

Inspiration: “X” shapeThis is a product that serves an unexpected purpose. It’s a toothbrush holder that also functions as a mirror. The way its designed, makes it seem as a simple mirror, but actually the horizontal toothbrush can detach easily from the vertical toothbrush. There is a small magnet inside the grooves of both toothbrushes that makes them connect and stick to each other. While making this product I was inspired by the x shape. I first sketched some ideas of how it may look and work. Then I started the process of making it. The most challenging aspect of this product was the making of the joints. I tried out different methods until I was satisfied with the result.
